30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery using our contact form. Include your order number and the items concerned. A reason is helpful but is not required when exercising your statutory right to cancel.

Your UK cancellation rights

For online purchases, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You may inspect or try on the product as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Our additional offer for requests made on days 15–30 applies to items that are unused, unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and returned with the original tags, accessories and packaging. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights.

How to return an item

Contact us for the appropriate return address and instructions before sending a parcel. Keep proof of posting. Do not send returns to a fulfilment centre without instructions. Requesting instructions does not remove or extend your statutory cancellation deadlines.

Return shipping and exchanges

You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind, fit or size returns. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us promptly; where a return is required, we cover reasonable return postage. Size exchanges are available within the same 30-day request period, subject to stock.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Any standard outbound delivery charge is included; extra charges for an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Faulty goods and other rights

Contact us if an item is faulty or not as described, and stop using a product that appears unsafe. The 30-day voluntary return offer does not limit your statutory remedies, including rights relating to faulty goods. No short reporting deadline in this policy removes those rights.
