Shopping with KELDRIVA

These terms apply to purchases from the KELDRIVA UK store at keldriva.com. Please read the product description, size options and delivery information before placing an order. Our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy provide further information.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before payment. Prices and checkout totals are in British pounds (GBP). Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through PayPal using the methods it makes available to you. After placing an order, retain your order confirmation.

If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you using the details provided and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not replace an item with a different product without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery arrangements are set out in our shipping policy. To request an address correction or cancellation before dispatch, contact us promptly. Once dispatch has started, changes may not be possible; your statutory cancellation and return rights still apply. Product use

Follow the product instructions, battery guidance and care information supplied with your heated garment. Stop using an item that appears damaged or unsafe and contact us for assistance. Product images may look slightly different on different screens.

Use the website lawfully and do not submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.

Questions and complaints

Use our contact form for order questions, cancellations, returns or complaints. Include your order number where relevant so we can locate your purchase. Do not send payment-card details through the contact form.
