We offer free standard shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom. No minimum order amount applies.

Delivery estimate

Estimated standard transit time is 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and local public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, severe weather or address issues may affect arrival. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout should be checked before ordering.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address supplied at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider and may arrive in more than one parcel.

Please check your delivery address carefully. For address changes, missing parcels or delays, use our contact form and include your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If delivery cannot be completed as agreed, we will explain the available cancellation or refund options. Your statutory rights are not affected.
